We’ve successfully rented our holiday home for many years. Perfectly placed for town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and ideal to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with zip n link king bed, a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels with en-suite, & separate family bathroom.

Westdene, a unique family bucket and spade cottage

Our family has been holidaying at Westdene for four generations and it just gets better every year! Whatever time you choose to visit this unique part of Suffolk, there is a never-ending list of things to do. We have Netflix or Monopoly for the few rainy days and bikes and outdoor table tennis for sunny days. The house feels so spacious, but you will feel instantly at home. We are five minutes walk from the sea; two minutes from the pub; four minutes from the boating lake and golf club.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
