You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 10€pp to land in capri and in Sorrento).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.

Learn how to easily and successfully make homemade pasta by joining us at our cooking school located in the historic centre of Rome. Our team of professional chefs is pleased to meet you and spend a fun and unique lesson teaching you the secrets of making Ravioli, Fettuccine, Spaghetti, and Tortelli in different shapes. We will provide you with all the necessary tools including a kitchen gown, rolling pin, pasta cutter, eggs, and flour. After the preparation, we will cook the pasta together with their sauces. Each participant will prepare their pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it with the rest of the group like a true Italian family. This experience will last for about 3 hours and will be an opportunity to socialize with other travellers and your host in an authentic Italian atmosphere. During the meal, we will serve the delicious organic Tuscan wine, which we produce on our farm called "Dalle Nostre Mani" using natural methods. If you want to drink during the lesson, you can buy some bottles at our shop before the lesson. We hope that this experience will be useful in increasing your culinary knowledge and enable you to replicate our secrets at your home, leaving your diners amazed! Every participant will receive English instructions.

Aprende a hacer pasta casera de forma fácil y exitosa. Nos encontraremos en Florencia en nuestra escuela de cocina ubicada en el centro histórico, de fácil acceso, a 5 minutos del río Arno. Somos un equipo de chefs profesionales, estamos encantados de conocerte y dejar que pases un buen rato con nosotros para una clase divertida y única. Te enseñaremos los secretos a hacer RAVIOLIS, FETTUCCINE o ESPAGUETIS y TORTELLI en diferentes condiciones. Te proporcionaremos las herramientas útiles para la preparación: bata de cocina, alfiler enrollable y cortador de pasta, huevos y harina. Después de la preparación, te mostraremos todos los pasos necesarios para la preparación de salsas como "Pommarola" y "Ragù alla bolognese". Al final pondremos la mesa y comeremos todos juntos la pasta que has hecho, con 3 salsas diferentes, como una verdadera familia italiana. Seremos unos 12 participantes, la experiencia dura unas 3 horas. También será una oportunidad para socializar con otros viajeros y con tu anfitrión en un ambiente italiano. Durante el almuerzo se servirá delicioso vino toscano orgánico, que producimos en nuestra granja llamada «Dalle Nostre Mani», vinos elaborados con métodos naturales. Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e dove verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Dopo una pausa per immergersi nelle acque del golfo per fare Snorkelling si riprenderà il viaggio per far rientro al porto. Un’esperienza di tre ore intense a contatto con la natura a bordo di una splendida barca a vela, confortevole, condotta da uno skipper esperto e accolti da una hostess che vi racconterà leggende e storia antica dei posti che vedremo lungo tutto il viaggio.
